Winzen Film and Fiber, Inc., (part of the B.A.G. Corp.® family) has three business units: WINZEN FILM (including Winlon® Plastic Film, Wrap and Sheeting), WINPRO™ FIBER (including Flat or Fibrillated Tape and Twisted Threads, and WINPRO™ WEBBING. Founded in 1949, Winzen initially produced specialty films for high altitude research balloons used by the U.S. military and NASA. The company also invented the modern profile gauge, which is now a standard for film quality control.
Today, Winzen has more than 50 years of experience customizing film and engineering know-how to produce FILM, FIBER and WEBBING for your needs. Winzen is a diversified extruder of quality blown monolayer polyethylene and polypropylene specialty films and plastic sheeting. Our proprietary blend of resins offers superior performance for applications requiring liners or other industrial film products. Winzen also manufactures high-tenacity, multi-filament, polypropylene fibers, thread, fibrillated and flat tapes, and webbing. Additionally, we produce specialty plastic materials for industrial, commercial and retail use.
NEW - Winzen Film is approved and certified through the National Cotton Council for polyethylene cotton bale bags. Winzen also offers polyethylene and polypropylene cotton module covers.
